Communication Skills

This course develops the trainees’ ability to focus on targeted outcome, tune in to his/her audience and develop his/her message for clarity and impact. The skills covered in this course will increase participant ability to exercise choice and control for every type of conversation, influence his/her audience and improve quality of relationships.

Individuals yearning to improve their communication skills. Entrepreneurs, managers, administrators, team leaders, or team members whose success depends on their ability to communicate clearly, to be understood, and to influence how people around them perform.

Learning Objectives

Participants will learn about the six step communication process, the importance of setting the stage for successful communications, one on one and with groups, overcoming barriers and influencing techniques, how to plan the best approach to achieve positive results.
