MECAT at the Dubai Knowledge Park Human Recourse Management Fair 2016.

 This event has evolved from over 13 years of HR experience, culminating in the perfect opportunity for learning and networking across multiple HR sectors.

Dr. Iman Rabah takes us through a strategic journey in on how and why people are the essential competitive advantage of organisations and how we can learn to utilise them to become the foundation of a successful strategy. Dr. Rabah discussed the urge for managers to be aware of the strategic implications of the knowledge – driven, information- based, and service – intensive current economy and how the requirements of today’s game are moving towards efficiency, flexibility and continuous self – renewal.  

In addition, general managers, HR managers, executives and professionals visited the networking room for further communication and collaboration about MECAT's training courses. Thank you all. It was a fantastic event.
