MECAT participated in the Middle East's largest and most prestigious training and development event this year. The environment was rich with opportunities for both visitors and exhibitors as people walked in and out of the Dubai World Trade Centre exhibition and convention Centre on the lookout for something worthy enough to catch their eye.

The team had the great privilege of meeting and having fruitful conversations with delegates from notable and prestigious organizations such as Cartier, The Dubai Government, The Ministry of Education, Good year and British Petroleum among various others. The GM Dr. Neal gave an insightful and stimulating lecture on what he labeled the new era of learning where the two concepts, rather philosophies, of design thinking and growth mindset where introduced and explained. Overall, a lively and exciting event. A big thank you to all those who made this possible and we hope to see you again next year!
