Our programs target individuals, employees, managers of small businesses to major organizations, and community groups. Our trainees help us understand their needs, organizational culture, and gaps that must be addressed. Our training program can also be tailored as a year-long series with one topic per month. Or, the series can be adapted to meet the specific needs of the trainees whether on an individual level or as a team. We offer the flexibility to select the training schedule best suited for each organization.
Value Added Tax (VAT) Awareness Workshop.

This Workshop gave the participants an introduction to VAT in GCC Countries. Participants in this seminar were provided with knowledge that can be shared amongst their own colleagues, and with other departments. The awareness and understanding of VAT the participants got in this workshop will enable them to have required information to deal with new value added tax rules that are going to be applied through GCC Countries starting from January 2018.

A training on how to drill down into the root causes of problems and discover how to solve them. The training focused on decision-making through providing tools that help to choose between different options and learning how to make sound financial decisions, and make good decisions as part of a group of people with differing opinions.
Customer Service Communication Skills
This course helps participants to establish the importance of setting and reviewing customer service standards, develop an understanding of internal and external customer expectations, communicate more effectively by utilizing active listening and questioning skills, demonstrate how to deal with difficult customers effectively, set SMART objectives and goals to increase daily productivity, and utilize stress management techniques to reduce tension.

This course provides participants with numerous skills to successfully manage an event. They learn how to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate an event.
Strategic Quality and Systems Management
This course focuses on customers to determine the level of quality, employees’ participation and satisfaction as internal customers, documenting and reducing processes. The TQM course focuses on the horizontal processes interconnecting different functional strategies often organized into vertically structured departments.

The English Training Program started its fourth year at Ciment de Sibline premises covering 3 semesters per year. The program aims to teach and upgrade the employees’ English communicative skills in the work place. Chosen participants are required to take a placement test that helps identify their capabilities and their level of knowledge. Each level covers 33 hours of instruction in which participants explore English Grammar and practice Spoken and Technical Business English using the latest trends in training and teaching.

Our HISP training and certification program addresses the current shortage of information security and compliance professionals.
